The amenities within the community include an Olympic size heated swimming pool with a separate heated toddler pool. Also included are four lit tennis courts, two lit racquetball courts, a basketball court and two children’s playgrounds. The property has three lakes and eighty acres of walking and sitting areas on lush common grounds.

The property manager and maintenance people are on-site and work directly for the Association and are professionally managed by Seacrest Services, Inc. Sherwood Lakes HOA has a landscaping company that we use. The Homeowners Association (HOA) maintains the common areas, roofs and exterior of the buildings. The HOA has windstorm and hazard insurance for the exterior of the buildings only (drywall out) and not the interior (dwelling) or personal property. Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association has an application process that includes buyer approval and a required interview.
