YEAR-END MANDATORY VEHICLE REGISTRATION

The Board of Directors is requiring that all residents and lessees register their vehicle(s) in order to receive your new resident vehicle stickers. Please contact the Homeowners Association office at (561) 439-5900 to schedule an appointment to register your vehicles.

Office hours:

• Monday - 8:00am to 6:15pm
• Tuesday thru Friday - 8:00am to 4:15pm

You are required to bring proof of insurance and the vehicle registration. Be advised that a photo of your vehicle including license plate will be taken once the sticker has been applied by office personnel. We will need to verify that all vehicles are registered to properly vetted residents (owners) and/or lessees of Sherwood Lakes. Vehicle information must match that of the owner/lessee, and all persons over the age of 18 that are registering a vehicle must have undergone a background check through tenant evaluation per HOA rules and regulations.
 

The deadline for the completion of all vehicle registrations will be January 1, 2020 after which any unregistered vehicles in violation of the HOA rules and regulations will be subject to ticketing and/or towing at the owners expense.
